Delivery Timeframes
We know you are eager to start your 30-Day Flush Protocol. Here is when you can expect your package:

Processing Time: Your order is prepared, quality-checked, and packed within 1–3 business days after purchase. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Transit Time: Once shipped, most orders arrive within 6–14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please note: These are estimates. Some orders arrive sooner, while others may take slightly longer depending on local courier speeds and customs processing.
Potential Delays & Customs
While we strive for speed, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control:

Split Shipments
Because we offer comprehensive wellness bundles (which may include physical tools like our Copper Mugs, Guidebooks, and the Tea Pouches themselves), your items may occasionally be sourced from different specialized facilities to ensure maximum freshness or quality.
Don't Panic: If you receive your Tea but not your Free Gift (or vice versa), the rest of your order is likely just a day or two behind. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if they ship separately.
Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Tip: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to populate after the label is created. Smaller accessory packages may have limited tracking updates until they reach your local carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Your satisfaction—and your health—is our priority.
