I have updated the tone to match the premium "FlowBrew" brand while maintaining the operational logic (don't send to the office, customer pays shipping). Return Eligibility FlowBrew is committed to your satisfaction and the restoration of your health. We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on our products. Return requests must be made within 60 days of delivery. After this window, we cannot accept return requests.
While our guarantee covers you if you are not satisfied with the results, general returns are also accepted for valid reasons—for example, if the item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.
For customers in the European Union: We also honor the 14-day “cooling-off” period required by law, allowing you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. (Note: To qualify for a standard withdrawal outside of our specific guarantee, items must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging. Exceptions apply for certain goods as per EU rules, such as sealed items opened by the customer.)
No Exchanges or Replacements At FlowBrew, we do not offer exchanges or direct replacements for any product. Instead, if your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This policy is in place to streamline the resolution process—rather than sending a replacement item, we ask that you re-order the product if desired after receiving your refund. By focusing on refunds only, FlowBrew ensures a faster and clearer resolution for our customers.
Return Process & Shipping
How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact FlowBrew Customer Support at support@evolzenz.com within the applicable return timeframe (60 days of delivery). Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for return (with photo evidence if the item arrived damaged).
Our team will verify your request. Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the specific address of our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Do not send the item back to FlowBrew’s corporate office in Casper, Wyoming. All returns must be shipped to the designated warehouse provided by our support team to be processed correctly.
Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to a FlowBrew error (e.g., you received a wrong or faulty item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. This means you may need to pay the postage to send the item back to the warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection. If the return is due to our error, we will ensure you are not charged for return shipping.
Condition of Returned Items: For standard returns (not claiming under the Guarantee), products must be in like-new condition, with original packaging. For returns claiming our 60-Day Guarantee, please follow the specific instructions provided by our support team regarding open or empty pouches.
Refund Processing Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will be notified of the return outcome. If the return is approved, FlowBrew will issue a full refund for the product. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please note that it may take a few business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider. We will keep you updated via email on the status of your refund. FlowBrew reserves the right to decline refunds if the return does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
We do not charge any restocking fees. However, original shipping fees (if any were paid at checkout) are generally non-refundable once the item has shipped, except in cases of full order cancellation before shipment.
EU Customer Rights If you are an EU customer, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws. This includes the right to cancel and return an online purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason (the cooling-off period). FlowBrew fully respects this right.
To exercise your withdrawal right, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and clearly state that you wish to cancel/return the item. We will then provide you with return instructions. Please note that EU law allows the seller to require the customer to cover the return shipping cost unless the item was defective or not as described.

Do NOT return items to FlowBrew’s Corporate Office: Always wait for our confirmation and send the product to the return address we provide via email. FlowBrew cannot be held responsible for packages mistakenly sent to our Wyoming corporate address.

No Refund on Final Sale Items: If a product is marked “Final Sale” or otherwise ineligible for return on the product page, then it cannot be returned or refunded, unless it arrives damaged or defective.
